Step 1. Schedule a free 15-minute video consultation

You may write an email, text, or call to request a consultation. Please include your preferred days and times to meet. If you have health insurance and wish to use your benefits, please provide the name of your insurance. 

Step 2. Meet and greet

You will have an opportunity to meet me, ask questions, and tell me about what brings you to seek help. I will also ask you questions to see if I am able to help you with your concerns. 

Step 3. Schedule your first psychotherapy appointment

If you decide to proceed with making your first therapy session, I will send you an email invitation to create a login for Acorn Integrative Psychotherapy's secure client portal account. In your portal, you can submit confidential client and insurance/payment information and complete all new client forms. 

Before your first appointment, I will verify your mental healthcare benefits with your insurance company and notify you of your deductible and copayment amounts. This information is provided to you as a courtesy only. Your insurance has the final say on how much and what is covered.
