I primarily work with adults ages 26+ who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and adjustment difficulties.
Following my doctoral degree, I pursued a two-year fellowship to specialize in working with children and their parents, guardians, or adoptive families. The training integrated applied research and clinical practices that are trauma focused and neurobiologically informed.
I apply my knowledge and experience in trauma-informed care to helping adults with adverse childhood experiences.
I hold specialized training in perinatal mental health disorders and Child Parent Psychotherapy.
I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.
I speak English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese.
I have over a decade of experience in providing psychotherapy.
